 Buddy Walk

This year there will be three Buddy Walks throughout the state.  Each benefits UDSF and helps us to continue to provide services, activities, education and outreach within the state of Utah for individuals with Down syndrome and their families as well as the communities where they live.  Registration will start in July for all of the Buddy Walks and watch for more details to be here over the next few months.

September 13 (Saturday)  Buddy Walk hosted by the Davis County community group.  It will be held at Centerville City Park.

September 20 (Saturday)  2014 State Buddy Walk for Down Syndrome:

"Everyday Heroes"

Saturday, September 20, 2014

9:00-12:30  (5K at 8:30)

Veteran's Memorial Park at

1986 West 7800 South,West Jordan, UT

We believe all of you are everyday heroes: family, friends, professionals, the caring community, and most of all, all of those individuals with Down syndrome who make a huge impact on those they touch. Build a team, raise some funds, and come and have fun together with other families sharing a similar journey.

Details will continue to be announced, but we can tell you that we will have some "Super Heroes" there that you won't want to miss.

October 4 (Saturday)  Buddy Walk hosted by Cache County community group

The annual UDSF “Buddy Walk for Down Syndrome” is the biggest fundraiser of the year, and one you won’t want to miss. Walks take place in various communities, usually on a Saturday in September.  In addition to the walk with family and friends, there are games, silent auctions, live entertainment, and more to help raise community awareness for Down syndrome.  Lunch for the "Buddy Walk for Down Syndrome" is sponsored by Chick-fil-A.  Please support this fun-filled family event.  Sign up for UDSF e-news and get up-to-date information on all events
