Jacquelyn Elizabeth Standing

Born in Layton, Utah on October 8, 2002

Departed on May 23, 2008 and resided in Ogden, UT.

OGDEN –Jacquelyn Elizabeth Standing “Punkin,” “Dolly,” “Dumpling,” 5, died May 23 2008 at her home of (PHT) Primary Pulmonary Hypertension. She was a beautiful child with Downs.

Born at Davis Hospital, October 8, 2002 and spent countless hours at Primary Children’s Medical Center during her short life.

She was the highlight of our life, always so happy.

She loved being with other children, Elmo, and her musical toys; always something musical playing to take away her pain.

She spent countless hours very comfortable with her parents striving to beat this disease.

Jacquelyn was a true blessing in our life. We love her very much and will miss her more than anyone can ever know. We pray for her peace and happiness today.

Jacquelyn had a love for life and was happy with anything.

Life will never be the same “Dolly.” We Love you.

Surviving are her parents, Craig and Julie Standing; three siblings, Shawn (Sunni) Standing; Larry and Carrie Seamons; Casey Ingles.

She was preceded in death by her Grandpa Earl Standing; Grandpa George White and Grandma Jerilyn White; two uncles, Rodney and Jeff White.

The family wishes to thank the staff and caregivers at Primary Children’s Medical Center, especially Dr. Ronald Day, Ogden City Pre School, Bonneville Pre School, Weber School District, and Progressive Pre School.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, May 28, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. at the Shadow Ridge Ward, 1401 Country Hills Dr. Friends and family may call on Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Myers Mortuary in Ogden, 845 Washington Blvd. and on Wednesday from 11:30 to 12:30 at the church.

Interment will be in the Myers Evergreen Memorial Park.
