This web site reports items of interest relating to Down syndrome and try to provide a forum for others.  

The Advocate does not promote or recommend any therapy, products, treatment, etc., and will not espouse any particular political or religious view.  Individuals or organizations referred to, do not necessarily endorse this publication or its editor.  We wish to bring together those interested in Down syndrome and attempt to create an optimistic outlook and attitude.  UDSF leadership and this editor endeavor to use People First Language.  The editor writes as a non-professional, and reserves the right to make corrections and revisions as needed or where appropriate in accord with established editorial practices in material submitted for publication.  Submission deadlines are always the 15th day of the months in which the Advocate is published: February, April, June, August, October and December.
