Kaydee McMahon lives in Draper and is a stay-at-home mother of three girls; the oldest Haley has Down syndrome. Kaydee works part-time as UDSF's Program Director and a Kindergarten Kickoff Instructor. Kaydee graduated from Utah State University with a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Special Education. During her college years, she volunteered as a coach with the Aggies Special Olympics team. After graduating, she taught Special Ed preschool in the Logan School District for six years. Her passion from a young age has been to make the lives of those with disabilities happy and successful. Now, as a parent to Haley, she has discovered the importance of advocacy and looks forward to helping parents in Utah achieve the vision that they have for their children with Down syndrome.
