  old out of the NICU the Rick's fell in love instantly. When he was 8 mont
 hs old\, his adoption into the family finalized and his little brother was
  born two weeks later!\n&\nKaydee McMahon\, an instructor with UDSFs Down 
 to Learn program (formerly known as the Kindergarten Kickoff). She will be
  talking about IEPs\, what they are and what to expect as well as answerin
 g common questions and concerns.\n\nDue to COVID-19 and a desire to keep f
 amilies safe and healthy this New Parent Breakfast will be held virtually\
 , via Zoom. All registrants will receive a confirmation email titled 'Meet
