Quin Stephens
Quin is the father of five children, two who have Down syndrome. One of Quin's close friends growing up had Down syndrome and Quin absolutely loves the joy that his children and friends bring into his life. Quin is currently employed as the General Counsel / Deputy Director for the Utah Communications Authority, the state agency responsible for public safety communications in Utah, a nice change from his prior career as a litigator. He has a B.S. in Marketing and M.B.A. with a dual emphasis in Accounting and Finance. He also has a J.D., all from the University of Utah. Quin lives in Millcreek and is very excited to be a a part of the Utah Down Syndrome Foundation!
