The Utah Down Syndrome Foundation provides the following programs to LOVE.LIFT.LAUNCH. individuals with Down syndrome, their families, and the community. 

 

Adults with Ds Program

UDSF provides monthly activities for adults 18 years and older with Down syndrome in the Salt Lake area.  Come join us for activities such as karaoke, dances and game nights. 


Birthday Club Program

Chick-fil-A

Join UDSF's Birthday Club and receive a birthday card and free treat! 


Down To Learn Program

Sponsored by: Grainger Industrial

This program provides education, strategies, and support to help parents and educators build a strong foundation for elementary-aged child with Down syndrome. 


Club Teen 21

ClubTeen 21 is for teens and young adults ages 12-12 in the Salt Lake Valley. UDSF provides monthly activities to bring new and old friends together for relationship building and fun! This program is expected to expand to other areas in Utah with the help of parent leaders and peer volunteers. 


Community Group Program

Join a UDSF community group in your area and get to know other families that have a child with Down syndrome.

 

Hospital Meal Reimbursement

UDSF will reimburse families for in-hospital, cafeteria meals up to $25 per admission.  

 


Medical Provider Outreach

New Parent Outreach Program

Peer Tool Kit Program

Peer Presentation Tool Kits are used to teach the community about tolerance, acceptance, and inclusion of individuals with Down syndrome.
