Teens with DS (Ages 13-21) - Club Teen 21

Club Teen 21 - Teens and Young Adults 13+

Club Teen 21 is for teens and young adults ages 13-21 with Down syndrome. Monthly activities will be held in the Salt Lake Valley. Activities and location will vary. Caregivers are welcome to go or stay and visit with others in the Caregiver Lounge when permitted. Peer volunteers will be available during various activities but not all. Registration for each event is required with a small participation fee. Join our email list below to receive information for upcoming activities.

We are looking for leaders and peer volunteers in Utah County, Cache Valley, Davis/Morgan/Weber Counties, and Southern Utah to help plan, coordinate, and attend the activities. Join John Crowley as he shares the key government programs that can support your loved one throughout their life and how they fit into your overall plan. This deeper dive into benefits includes details about how the benefits your child is eligible for will change over their lifetime.

John Crowley has been a passionate supporter of the Utah Down Syndrome Foundation for many years. As a Chartered Special Needs Consultant at 1847Financial, he helps families all across Utah plan for the future of their children with disabilities. John's work is more than just professional- it's personal. He's also the proud parent of an adult child with disabilities, giving him a heartfelt connection to the community he serves.

  1. What Information Do We Collect? Web server logs allow us to count how many people visit our website and evaluate our website's visitor capacity. Information Security -- We utilize encryption/security software to safeguard the confidentiality of personal information we collect from unauthorized access or disclosure and accidental loss, alteration or destruction. Evaluation of Information Protection Practices -- Periodically, our operations and business practices are reviewed for compliance with organization policies and procedures governing the security, confidentiality and quality of our information. Employee Access, Training and Expectations -- Our organization values, ethical standards, policies and practices are committed to the protection of user information. In general, our business practices limit employee access to confidential information, and limit the use and disclosure of such information to authorized persons, processes and transactions.
  10. How Can You Access and Correct Your Information? You may request access to all your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain in our database by emailing us using the contact form provided to you within the site structure of our website.
  11. Do We Disclose Information to Outside Parties? We may provide aggregate information about our customers, sales, website traffic patterns and related website information to our affiliates or reputable third parties, but this information will not include personally identifying data, except as otherwise provided in this privacy policy.
  12. What About Legally Compelled Disclosure of Information? We may disclose information when legally compelled to do so, in other words, when we, in good faith, believe that the law requires it or for the protection of our legal rights.
